• Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time:

• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

• Alexandria & Delta: 2–4 business days

• Upper Egypt & Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

4. Shipping Fees:

• Flat rate: EGP 60–80 depending on location.

• Free shipping on orders above EGP 100.

5. Delivery Partners:

We work with reliable courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery.

6. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number.
